Shipping & Returns


All sales are final. Exchanges or credit will be issued for maker errors. Items that are unable to be fulfilled will be issued a refund. 

We must be notified of errors within 24 hours of delivery and item must be returned within 7 days. 


My Emma's Line uses USPS first class and priority shipping, or UPS, on all orders, and currently only ships domestically. Tracking is included at no additional charge. 

Upgraded shipping is available for an additional fee.

First class includes $50 insurance, and Priority includes $100. If you need more it is available for an additional fee.

We are not responsible for outdated or incorrect shipping information that is provided. Please make sure your address is current!
